Full-Time Position at Pediatric Dental Care of Waltham

Are you a skilled and versatile Dental Assistant looking to expand your expertise? We're seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional to join our team at Pediatric Dental Care of Waltham. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery specialties, with each specialty scheduled on different days.

****No experience in all specialties? No problem! We provide training for all positions to help you succeed in this multi-specialty role.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the dentist/orthodontist/oral surgeon during procedures for pediatric, orthodontic, and surgical patients.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring a positive experience for patients of all ages.
• Take digital X-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Specialty Scheduling:

Each specialty-Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery-will be scheduled on different days, ensuring variety and focused attention on the specific needs of each patient type.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant in multiple specialties is a plus, but we offer training for all roles.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.
• A friendly and patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Certification in dental assisting and radiology preferred.

Salary Description

$25-33/hour, based on experience
