Description
OverviewCarle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established OMFS practice in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Join a growing, full-scope hospital-based OMFS practice that includes three BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Two have additional fellowship training (Maxillofacial Oncology/Microvascular Surgery and Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery)
- Completion of a TMJ or Cosmetic fellowship preferred but not required
- Call is 1:4 - OMFS surgeons cover all facial trauma cases out of a single hospital
- We are open to non-traditional scheduling options
- Block OR and clinic time at Carle Foundation Hospital as well as our new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and outpatient clinic facilities
- Private practice model with academic component - serving as faculty member for fully accredited Carle Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program
- Interest in resident education is a must
- Opportunity to develop a robust subspecialty practice

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $465,000 - $475,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
