Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-centered Orthodontist to join our practice on a full-time, four-day-per-week schedule. This role will provide comprehensive orthodontic care across our Molalla and Gresham locations. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent outcomes and patient experiences. Flexibility to work between both locations is required.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other corrective appliances
- Manage patient care from initial consultation through treatment completion
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, expectations, and oral health
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
- Uphold all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Participate in practice growth initiatives and community engagement as desired
Qualifications
Licensure & Certification
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of Oregon
- Authorization to practice orthodontics in Oregon, including recognized specialty training in orthodontics
- Successful completion of all required state licensing and jurisprudence requirements
Education & Training
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate orthodontic residency or specialty program
Professional Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a clinical team
- Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development
Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible with the American Board of Orthodontics
- Experience with digital orthodontics, clear aligner therapy, and modern treatment planning tools
- Desire to contribute to a positive, patient-first practice culture
