Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Certified in General Surgery
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
- Must have or be eligible to obtain State Medical License prior to start date
