Corewell Health East

Corewell Health East is seeking a fellowship trained vascular surgeon to join a growing team and play an essential role in Corewell Health East’s vision. Corewell Health East is affiliated with Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine, there are 938 residents and fellows in 104 programs.


Excellent opportunity!  Active hospital employed vascular surgery practice, seeks BE/BC vascular surgeon to add to their practice locations; the practices have a longstanding history of excellence in the community.  Ideal candidates will also possess excellent interpersonal skills for program building, exceptional communication skills to help expand the referral base and strengthen community ties. You will be an employed physician, with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations and take advantage the resources and referral base of the larger Corewell Health East system! This surgeon will be based primarily out of Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital along with some time at the Troy Hospital as well.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • BC/BE Vascular Surgery
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a persuasive communicator who is empathetic and a respectful listener who can create an atmosphere that allows individuals to flourish within the context of the department.
  • Must be able to obtain an unrestricted license in Michigan
