Research: We conduct our research at The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research and Cold Spring Harbor Labs (CSHL). The Feinstein Institutes are composed of more than 1,500 clinicians, scientists and staff who work in laboratories and clinical research programs in collaboration with clinicians and patients throughout our facilities, and through our strategic alliance with CSHL researchers have used a focused, multi-disciplinary approach to break new ground and develop innovative, advanced technologies.

We show participants how to practice award-winning medicine and challenge them to be the most innovative, compassionate caregivers possible. Tuition Reimbursement: Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master’s degree from Hofstra University. Those attending another university will receive $5,000 annually in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses. Northwell Health is a nonprofit, making us a qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF) under federal student aid. The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your direct loans after you have made monthly payments for a period of time.
