Company History
Just like each of our doctors, Rock Dental Brands has its own story to tell.
Our story begins over 30 years ago in 1986, when Dr. Mark Dake started his first orthodontics practice in West Plains, MO.
In 2009, Dr. Dake partnered with Dr. Bryan Hiller to build a specialty group focused on orthodontics, pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. Over the next several years, they worked tirelessly to pioneer a platform and business infrastructure based on clinical autonomy to support top-notch patient care and customer service improvement.
Today, we are a group of over 90 clinics with over 800 team members who have banded together to provide the highest quality care possible by sharing ideas, techniques, management skills, and taking advantage of doctor-to-doctor consultations.
We have several unique specialty brands supported by a single comprehensive back-office platform, allowing targeted and independent market positioning with the benefits of centralized infrastructure.
Working together, our goal is to make quality care attainable for each and every patient throughout their lifetime.
